We are an in network provider for most major PPO Insurance networks!

Many of our patient’s treatment will be covered by their dental insurance. Dental insurance is not intended to pay for all of your child’s treatment, and there will often be a portion of the treatment costs that your child’s dental insurance will ask you to pay at the time of your treatment. Please understand that our relationship with your insurance company is limited. Our team will do everything in their power to get the most accurate estimate of your insurance coverage for treatment performed in our office, however, these figures are truly only an evolving fee schedule estimate provided by your insurance company. Your insurance provider will determine exactly what they will pay at the time that your claim is processed. Any information provided to our office prior to the processing of this claim is an estimate on the part of your insurance company, conveyed to us during a benefit inquiry prior to your child’s visit to the office. After your insurance company has processed your claim, they will then send an Estimation of Benefits (commonly known as an E.O.B.) to both you and to our office. This document will allow our office to determine if there is a balance owed on your account and we will always notify you of any changes or out of the ordinary coverage on the part of your insurance plan. As always, we encourage you to call our office in the event that you have any questions regarding a claim that we have filed for you, and our team will work diligently to assist you in every way possible to resolve your questions.
